Job role: Hub Technician (Groundworks)
Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 + 6% performance bonus
Working location: Lichfield Training Hub, with travel required depending on business needs

Job summary:
We’re looking for a skilled Groundworks Technician to join NHBC’s Apprenticeship Training Hub. You’ll play a key part in helping apprentices learn the fundamentals of groundwork, from site prep and concreting to drainage and kerb laying. This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll use your trade experience to keep the hub running smoothly, ensure materials and equipment are ready, and guide learners as they develop their skills. If you take pride in your craft and enjoy helping others progress, this could be the ideal next step for you.
