Job summary:

You’ll combine strategic insight with hands-on delivery to build high-quality pipelines, influence hiring decisions, and enhance our employer brand.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers, the wider HR team and colleagues across NHBC to ensure our recruitment activity supports workforce plans, diversity goals, and our cultural ambitions: agility, collaboration, empowerment, inclusion, innovation, and homeowner focus.
