Salary: £43,700 – £65,000 (depending on experience) + up to 10% performance bonus + regional allowance (up to £7,500)

Job summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Building Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. You will use your technical expertise and understanding of Building Regulations to deliver an efficient, high-quality service in line with Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring NHBC, customer and statutory requirements are met.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in managing building control risks, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, and service level requirements. Working closely with developers and colleagues, you’ll help deliver safe, high-quality buildings from design through to completion.
